Wildlife Viewing

 

Wildlife viewing can be done right from the lodge. Bald Eagles and moose are always nearby. If you are in the mood for a tour we can connect you with several quality companies that will take you in the back country by four wheeler or hop in a boat and cruise Kachemak bay for some awesome ocean life. On the boats you will see ocean birds, otters, whales and an occasional bear on the shore. On the four wheeler tours you will see moose, bears, wolves, fox, rabbits, Ptarmigan and spawning salmon in the rivers. These tours run from $39.00 per person to $175.00 per person.
